Very hospitably received in a pleasant, warm house. Everything fresh and modern furnished. The underfloor heating is nice and cozy (also for our dog) and a cozy wood stove. Lots of privacy and unobstructed views, the feeling of being in nature. From the cottage you can walk nicely, there is a hiking trail nearby and the village of Coo was cozy in the Christmas atmosphere. Our children slept upstairs and we in the bedroom downstairs, where the bathroom is also. Pleasant that there is a toilet both upstairs and downstairs. Everything has been thought of and it felt very homely. Glad our dog was also welcome, she entered the back through the sliding door to avoid the stairs in the living room, very convenient!We'd love to come back!

A perfect stay in Bomal. The house is impeccable and well-equipped, and the backyard is large and very beautiful. The hosts are responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend if you wish to spend a week in the area!

We really enjoyed it! Parking is well arranged. The stay was generally very clean and has all the comforts. Nathalie was easily accessible throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend it!

We LOVED our stay! The cottage was spacious, beautifully decorated for Christmas, private, clean, and close to all of the happenings in Bastogne. I wish we didn't have to bring our own linens, but it wasn't a problem considering we drove from our home in Germany to Belgium for the weekend. All around lovely!

We spent a weekend with 10 girls here and had a really nice time. The surroundings are great for hiking and there is everything necessary (restaurants, bakery, supermarket) in direct and walking distance. The house is well furnished and we felt very comfortable right away:)

A very nice cottage in a beautiful area. A walk at Roche à l’Appel or a visit to the city of Luxembourg, there is more than enough to do, something for everyone. To then return to the cottage, which is equipped with all comforts.

We had a wonderful stay at Mieke's, the house is very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. There are games available, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything was perfect. The environment is very quiet and relaxing in the middle of the forest, there are walks directly from the house. The little surprise when we woke up on January 2nd: snow that allowed us to play all morning in the garden!

I had a great hiking weekend with friends at Gabriel's place. Location is beautiful and I loved the silence. The apartment was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities.

We wanted to have a calm weekend away from the stress of the city and we got just what we needed.

We had such a lovely long weekend strolling the grounds and observing the peacock flock. The house itself was well-appointed and made us feel right at home. We met Mr Charles, the landlord, who was gracious enough to share some of the history of the chateau and that of the generations that inhabited it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, as well as recommend it to friends. Truly a special place. There is also a larger apartment available if you are traveling with more guests. Thank you again, Mr. Charles!

We had a great time with the family. The place is charming and peaceful. It feels good in the house. The wood is available, which makes it possible to make beautiful flares in cold weather.

We have been coming to this holiday park for years, but this cottage through Henry was very easy for the weekend. Includes towels and made up beds will be provided. All well arranged! Thanks!

Wife and I (along with the dog) enjoy our 4 night stay at Valéie's place. We had stayed at her other place just on the other side of the pond but wanted to try this one this time. We spent an extremely relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of work. There is no WiFi and the cell signal is not great (but this is exactly what we wanted). We enjoyed amazing hikes daily that were only a 8 - 15 min drive from the house. Such a beautiful area. Would definitely recommend either of her houses for a nice relaxing time away. The La Chouffe Brewery is only a 10 minute drive from the location. Multiple restaurants there and some great hiking! We had no issues checking in and no issues at all during our stay. House is a little cool in the mornings (there is no heating, but this is mentioned in description), as we were there at the end of Jan, but the pellet fireplace heats it up very well and very quickly. Would definitely recommend either of her places!!
