This apartment is located in the Latin Quarter next to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne and the Pantheon. It is a 7-minute walk from Saint Germain des Prés. It is 10 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame. It is 15 minutes from Île Saint-Louis and the Marais. By crossing the Luxembourg Gardens you are close to the Montparnasse district. It is located on the fourth floor without elevator access. There are windows in all the rooms which makes it very bright. Wooden floors.
