Modern Escape is a serene single-story villa in a quiet neighborhood. Designed with contemporary art and globally sourced decor, it features four en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. A spacious office offers a quiet work retreat. The expansive backyard includes a large pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and multiple seating areas, including a hammock, for ultimate relaxation. This villa combines luxury, comfort, and style for the perfect escape.

The space
Located in a peaceful residential area close to all La Jolla beaches, you’ll enjoy one of the city’s premier luxury properties. Modern Escape is a contemporary, four-bedroom villa, plus a dedicated office that offers a strong connection between the indoor and the charming Californian outdoor.

The entrance through a glass door gives on a large, uncluttered living space fit for entertaining that opens up to a private backyard with a large pool, hot tub, fire pit and terrace. Multiple outdoor sitting areas, equipped with patio heaters and a BBQ will allow for plenty of open-air entertainment and a pleasant outdoor dining experience. The six lounge chairs overlooking the pool are perfect for sunbathing while enjoying a book, listening to your favorite music, or simply relaxing while your children have good time. The hammock located on the upper grass-terrace will be a prime spot for a soothing “siesta” during the hottest hours of the day or even at night for some stargazing in the backyard.

This spacious 3,400 square feet architectural residence truly offers a unique experience. It combines close proximity to everything you'd want to visit; the beaches, downtown, museums, numerous art galleries and artist studios, recreational facilities and great shopping, with the tranquility of a residential area.

Five minutes away from La Jolla Shores, Windansea beach or Pacific Beach.

Windansea Beach is just down the road, 1.8 miles from the house, Marine Street is 2.1 miles away, Law Street Beach is 2.2 miles, Tourmaline Beach is 2 miles, and La Jolla Shores is 3 miles from the property.

This modern house is also just twenty minutes away from many easy day trips: Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland. Not to mention the infamous Torrey Pines Golf Course just ten minutes away.
