The space
A sprawling tropical palace awaits in sunny Costa Rica! From its stunning wraparound swimming pool with a bridge and staircase up to a spectacular hot tub and waterfall feature, Villa Avalon offers open concept, executive elegance within a warm hacienda ambience. Within the gated beachfront community of Punta Leona, this villa offers a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean, while the pristine white sands of Playa Blanca are just seconds away.
Villa Avalon offers everything for a truly memorable family vacation. If you’re not lounging somewhere by the immense swimming pool, you might be found in the soothing bubbles of the outdoor jetted tub. Indoors, you will find a full sized American pool table and a fussball table. With full-time maid and concierge services, this mansion is perfect for large families and conservative groups, or for a destination wedding or special event. The cook service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. covers breakfast, lunch and preparing an evening meal (food and beverages at extra cost).
When you get back home from the nearby beach, enjoy the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. A sweeping terrace with outdoor stools and indoor bar access leads inside to cool, off-white spaces with high ceilings. The furnishings are chic and cozy. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen features a breakfast bar and plenty of counter space.
Seven lovely bedrooms accommodate up to eighteen registered guests at Villa Avalon. All of the bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoors. Fall asleep at the ‘tip of the sea’ with nothing but the sound of ocean waves as your soundtrack.
While we are committed to offering you, your friends and loved ones the perfect tropical environment for an epic getaway, Villa Avalon is unfortunately not open to bachelor parties or ‘wilder’ events of this nature. Fortunately, entertainment comes in many forms at this seaside jewel and is sometimes just as simple as sipping on your favorite cocktail while watching the best sunset yet!
Villa Avalon is very family-friendly, and that includes pets! Absolutely no un-registered guests at Villa Avalon. This is a family-friendly environment and guests are expected to conduct themselves to an appropriate standard. No bachelor parties. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. If you anticipate the possibility of having a group that exceeds the occupancy stated for this accommodation, then you should either book different accommodations that allow for a higher occupancy, or book additional accommodations (such as a second condo or villa). Guests who exceed the stated occupancy will be evicted with no refund for the unused portion of their stay.
