Halfway between Florence and Siena, among the verdant hills and the vineyards of Tuscany, stands the resort “Sole del Chianti”, where the sound of nature prevails along with silence and privacy. Here it’s still possible to experience the country life of times gone by.
The space
Sole del Chianti is a hundred-year-old farmhouse overlooking the hills of Tuscany, which has been owned by the Fusi family for many years. It is situated in an oasis of green amidst centuries-old olive trees, where the air is filled with the fragrance of cypress trees and wild herbs.
The luxury villa has recently been elegantly renovated to reflect the taste and style of the owners who, whilst providing the building with every comfort, have chosen to preserve its original structure with open beam ceilings, brick arches, and terracotta floors, following the architectural tradition of the Chianti area.
Sole del Chianti can host groups of 16 to 20 people, however, the property is always exclusively rented out to a single group.
For groups of 16 people (8 bedrooms), our guests will have access to the main Villa (cottage excluded) which includes, on the ground floor, The Suite ‘La Casetta’, a single-storey maisonette inside of the Villa, with its kitchen, a lovely living room with a fireplace and a sofa and a double bedroom with private bathroom.
For groups of 20 people, our guests will have access to the main Villa, to the Suite ‘La Casetta’, as well as the cottage ‘Poggiarello’ with a large kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
On the lower floor is the “Caldarium“. It consists of a heated Jacuzzi, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, 2 showers, and a changing room.
The wellness center is available exclusively to our guests.
Massages and beauty treatments are available on request.
Our beautiful Swimming Pool with a private entrance and waterfall looks out onto the delightful valley below.
The pool features a big, mosaic-clad whirlpool, and gentle cascades. Our Swimming Pool with dedicated entrance and waterfall onto the valley bellow is particularly beautiful.
