There are four bedrooms in the main house at Paramount and one in a guest house. In the main house, you’ll find two bedrooms with California king beds and en-suite bathrooms, including the master suite, one bedroom with a bunk bed and twin bed, and one bedroom with a full bunk bed and twin bed. The two bunk rooms share a bathroom. And with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace, the guest house gives couples the luxury of honeymoon-style privacy.

The villa is 5 miles or less from several golf courses, shopping and dining at charming Old Town La Quinta, the Coachella festival grounds and Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and 10 miles or less from even more golf courses and Palm Desert.
