Monthly Rentals in Indio

I never leave a review and I’ve rented many places in the desert but this time everything was expected and smooth. The place was very clean and provided all amenities. The host left very easy instructions to follow and lots of recommendations for things to do and local places to eat and shop. I was very impressed.

Place is super new in the most recent development of this community, so everything is very clean and nice. The pool is nice for a quick chill on hot days during festival season and summer and the community is super quiet, so you just isolate from the chaos happening outside. If you're looking for a place to be close to Coachella and Stagecoach, this offers that opportunity. The main exit of this gated community is nearly in front of one of the main entrances (2025 year, about 2.5mi walk, same entrance as parking and pedestrians on Avenue 49).

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a beautiful property and it was very relaxing. The host was excellent at communicating with us, and the whole process of checking in is automated and couldn't be easier. We would definitely recommend this host to anyone.

Really enjoyed staying at Justin’s house. It was perfect for what we needed and super close for our Stagecoach weekend! He was extremely responsive and always helpful with what we needed. Would definitely stay there again!
