We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the center of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10 km from Třeboň - an attractive place in South Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of swimming options (Třeboň water park, Veselské sand pits, ponds). The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is occupied by us - the owners. We are available to our guests when needed and are happy to advise on where to go for trips around the area or anything else.

The living room has a sofa bed (it is possible to create an extra bed with dimensions 140x200), TV, radio and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and basic kitchen equipment. From the living and kitchen area you can get to the spacious garden. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 180x200 and 1 single bed 90x200 incl. bed linen. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the bathroom, you will find towels, bath towels and basic hygiene items. Free parking for a passenger car at the apartment.

Jednopokojový slunný byt s kuchyňským koutem, vlastní koupelnou a WC. Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

If you are looking for a quiet yet very comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Vysočina region, then Apartman Na Vrších is just the right place for you. During your stay, you will have full access to all the amenities, which include; 2 bicycles, a grill and also darts. You can use a private pond for swimming or fishing. Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with a large garden, we are able to accommodate large groups. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty.

The 25 square meters include an anteroom, the main room, and a bathroom. Main room: double bed, wardrobe, kitchenette +fridge, a table, and two armchairs. Suitable for couples, single travelers, business travelers. Shops and restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Typical so-called Streckhof, over 200 years old, a granite stone building, lovingly restored, surrounded by meadows, at a pleasant distance from the neighboring houses.
