Holiday rentals with beach access in Luzon

Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

Our experience at Carol’s place was exceptional. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Carol was a fantastic host, offering clear instructions and promptly answering questions we had. The location was ideal, close to main attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable stay! Will probably stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay while we are in the place. it is very clean and comfortable. we felt that it is our own home. truly recommended!

Gustavo’s responsiveness was excellent. His place was lovely and has easy and quick access to the beach. Coffee and other hot beverages are provided as well as toiletries and kitchen soap. The kitchen has tools and equipment for cooking meals. There are pantry items available for convenience at minimal price. Love the covered patio at the entrance as well as the one upstairs available to guests.

It was a wonderful place and Car is very responsive and tells all the information you needed. Everything is good however there’s not enough toiletries so you need to bring for yourselves. Highly recommended place though.

The place was nice and spacious. Access to beachfront too. Peaceful area but was also close to the center of activities. The staff and other residents are also friendly and welcoming (even their dogs). They helped us with our requests. The only downside was the power issues with some of the outlets in the unit, but they provided us with an extension cord and most of the time we're not in the unit so we didn't really mind. Overall, it was a nice stay and would definitely consider going back.

This is our second time booking Oda’s place, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I plan a beach trip to Nasugbu!

Our family loved the place! The place was spacious! It was better than the photos. The place is equipped with what we need. The beach was really good for kids because it is shallow, sandy, and has no waves. Will definitely try to book the house again

Nonong’s place is what our family needed. Though the place is outdated it’s still perfect for large group looking for a beach front property. Host is very friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. Overall we loved our stay!!!

Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

My Team Enjoyed Staying at your Place Ms. Daisy! The beach is clean and the place is so relaxing. All materials needed cooking is readily available. One minor concern is that the caretaker doesn’t clean the pool in the morning not like what I saw in Sundowner in early morning. But the overall experience is 5 star! Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We're glad we chose to stay at Sir Abe's place. It was very comfortable. They have comfy and clean beds, the place is well air-conditioned, the kitchen is very spacious, the restrooms are clean. We will consider to book again when we need to go back to Morong.

Our family usually heads to Zambales for quick beach trips, but this time we decided to explore the South, and we have absolutely no regrets. Agda Beach Villas is now one of our top picks for future getaways. The place is surrounded by lush trees and feels very private and peaceful. It’s easily the best beach experience we’ve had near Metro Manila. The sand is beautiful, and we really appreciated the safety net in the water that kept jellyfish away 😊 such a thoughtful touch! We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! 😊

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I felt right at home the moment we stepped in our rented room. Stays like this make me prefer staying at airbnb rather than hotel rooms 🙂 Place is safe, with CCTV, with doors properly secured. Ate Cora was so accommodating to attend to our needs. Very helpful indeed!

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.
