The place is very peaceful and quite, a perfect short getaway for us during the Holy Week to reflect and recharge.

Our stay at Mahatao Island was nothing short of amazing! The serene beauty of the island and Lumot Lake was complemented by the warm and accommodating attitude of the owner. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. What stood out the most was how responsive and considerate the owner was. From answering our queries to accommodating our requests, they were always quick to respond and genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. They weren’t strict with time, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful ambiance of the island. The place itself was well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil escape or a unique getaway, Mahatao Island is a hidden gem. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

This was my 3rd stay at Dahilig! it's got a great view and a nice pool. I don't want to be right in Sabang or Puerto Galera town so this place was good for me. I walked to both when I didn't have the motorbike rental. It is about 20 mins to walk to Sabang and 30 mins walk to PG town. Dahilig was quiet and Mariam is friendly. I booked this tent ad but the tent isn't up at the moment. I was put into the end room of the single rooms. There is a bathroom very close in the main building and a fan in the Room. These are the cheapest rooms I think but it suited me just fine. I even stayed for 10 days. The room had a twin size bed I think it was, a table, a chair and a bedside table as well as the fan of course. I would return. If you want a room at Dahilig with air con or cook top I suggest looking up Dahilig resort on ag.oda as the prices are more for a better room but not by a lot. Thank you, Rogel and Mariam!

I was looking for somewhere I could simply unwind and detach from my day-to-day routine. Oceanaire Beach Resort appealed to us because of its beachfront camping and glamping options, as well as the fair price(s) on their listing. My friend had also inquired about food, and we were impressed to find out there'd be a 24hr food stall (can confirm, it actually is open 24hrs) Upon arrival, I was already excited by how close we were to the sea -- genuinely, a beachfront. Staff greeted us kindly, and was quick to accommodate us. I was impressed by how we were immediately informed about possibly upgrading our tent booking into a Kubo booking (which would have validly incurred additional charge) in case of rain; I appreciated that simple act of transparency. The place was quiet, and I was able to feel at peace during our stay. The beach is gorgeous~ pool is fun to swim in ~ food is great!! Even though we only stayed overnight, I can say that it was worth the trip + price we paid.
