Є спільний дворик де можна поїсти на свіжому повітрі. 15хв пішки вокзал, поряд маркети, кафе, базар продукти!!!

Дуже затишна квартира з великою бібліотекою, на першому поверсі радянської будівлі. Це реальна квартира мого татка, вченого у космічній галузі та неперевершеного гравця у шахмати. Зараз в квартирі замість дивану, ліжко. Також є великий балкон. В самому будинку супермаркет. Безкоштовна парковка навколо будинку. Центр міста - 15-20 хвилин на машині чи 30-40 хвилин автобусом.
