We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are enough parking spaces available. The jetty is located on the city lake under the holiday home and is suitable for fishing.

Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
