A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Dungeness fisherman’s cottage full of character.

Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. The Old Log Cabin at Dungeness

The 'Old Log Cabin' with amazing views over the English channel is located on the beach, and is built around old Victorian railway carriages. An ideal cosy place to chill. In the centre there is a dining area, and a separate seating area with views over the channel. There are 4 bedrooms; superking bedroom, kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull-out. The kitchen is retro but has modern kitchen appliances. The property includes a lounge and a massive bathroom.

Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

Shingle Shack overlooks & is nestled on the edge of the wonderful shingle desert of Dungeness. The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

The room is newly refurbished to a very high standard, with fully fitted kitchen area and shower room. There is plenty of storage for luggage and the room is spacious enough to relax in after a day out visiting the beach and local area. We provide unlimited tea, coffee and a delicious selection of breakfast goodies for you to enjoy in privacy and at your leisure. There is an outside space which is great for a coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny day. We promise you a warm welcome.

Victorian apartment with a beautiful sea view towards the famed Turner Contemporary. Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.
