🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Idyllic cabin in peaceful surroundings

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings with the forest right outside the door. Here you can enjoy the silence and hear the rustling of the trees and the birds chirping. Proximity to Kvåsfossen with possibility for wild trout fishing. Amazing hiking opportunities summer and winter. Warm yourself on a campfire pan on the mountain outside the cabin. Terraces around large parts of the cabin for those who love to relax in the sun chair. About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Hi :-) The cabin is suitable for those who like sunny simple cabin cosiness in a quiet idyllic natural area. Here you can choose nice trips to the mountains, forest, road or water. Or excursions to various sights. Many possibilities here. Cozy to listen to owls and deer roars. Shared bathing jetty/boat berth 150m. There are fish in the water. Shopping area 11 km away. There are puzzles, board games, books and magazines available for you. There is a heat pump and a wood stove. You have to clean up after yourself. Welcome :-)

Welcome to our brand-new apartment, due for completion in 2025, boasting a prime location and stunning views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is close to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The flat has a lovely terrace with a great view. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.
