The south-facing garden becomes a real sunny retreat, ideal for enjoying a moment of relaxation, reading in the shade or enjoying a meal outside. In this peaceful neighbourhood, you will enjoy a welcoming cocoon, designed for your comfort: made beds, toiletries, coffee, tea and everything you need to cook and share good times.

Le Gîte du Petit Palier in Roubaix

The small landing cottage offers its newly renovated studio on the ground floor and garden that plays with pleasant volumes for 2 people. The accommodation offers a sleeping area beautifully separated by a custom partition. It also consists of a TV area with Netflix, dining area and spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Located in the bourgeois districts of Roubaix, you will stay on a quiet street not far from the popular places of the city.

La Villa des Roses – Suite & Spa

Old bourgeois house completely renovated, in which independent private accommodation is dedicated to you. Guests can enjoy a conservatory-style living room, large vaulted bathroom with shower, infrared sauna, adjustable mood lights, separate toilet, and a romantic bedroom nestled under the roof. You can also enjoy a 1.5-hour private spa session at 38°C, open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., for an extra charge (€60) and by reservation.

Pleasant & bright studio

Pleasant and bright studio, completely renovated, located in a privileged area of Roubaix, a short walk from the Roubaix Factory. This is an outbuilding of our house, with a separate entrance. It has all the necessary amenities as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.

This small 40 m2 outbuilding, renovated in 2024, is a real haven of peace, very comfortable and well-kept, in a green setting. It consists of a bright and spacious living room on the ground floor, with a very nice view of the English garden. Very close to the Villa Cavrois and the Clos de la Source, it is also ideal for visiting the Lille metropolis or for a business trip to the region. Breakfast on request €15/pers.
