Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ma'an Governorate

We stayed with Karolina and Eid in a cave for 2 nights and it was the absolute highlight of our trip to Jordan! Karolina, Eid and Eid's family are wonderful hosts. They immediately made us feel at home and were very flexible to our needs during the tour as well. The place is exactly as it is described with beautiful surroundings. It was an amazing experience to sleep under the open sky, and although it was 'wild camping', our spot was cozy and we were very comfortable. The meals were plentyful and very tasty. They even adapted to my taste once I mentioned some ingredients I did not like. They also provided with anything we needed (water, extra blankets, lighters etc.). The tour was amazing. Karolina shared many details about Wadi Rum and joined us during the whole trip. It was definitely the most personal and friendly tour we have ever attended. I cannot recommend enough to book this experience (it is much more than an accommodation!). We are already looking forward to going back!

Rashid is an amazing man. After a long day with his tour group, I had fallen over and broken my Tibia bone and he helped me get around, bring me to the bus, and showed me the nicest hospitality while helping me with everything. Thank you very much for the memorable stay!

Amazing home, the host is very hospitable and the site is crazy. She will find you in the village to take you, it has a good breakfast and a very rich tea.

One of the best experiences of our lives. Ahmad was an amazing, friendly host. The camp itself was at the perfect spot of the desert - right in front of the rock from the Wadi Rum photos. Our tent had a glass wall looking right at it. The bonus is the rock begind the camp where you can easily climb up to have a 360 panoramic view. The sunset was magical from there. I'm usually cold everywhere, so I was afraid of sleeping in the desert, but the blankets were so heavy and warm it was totally fine even in February! There was a fireplace in the main tent where we ate together every day. It was very cozy and the meals were truly delicious - we stayed two nights, so we had a traditional Bedouin meal and a barbecue. The bathroom was nothing like we imagined for a desert camp, it was fully tiled and even had hot water! We booked a full day jeep tour (you truly need it, the desert is huge and it took 7,5 hours to get around the most popular spots) that comes with traditional lunch, tea&coffee.

I couldn't visit Awad's place but my son did. He found the tents clean and the Bedouin dinner experience enjoyable. The jeep tour was great.

Spectacular location! The camp is really nice and the food was great. Unique setting, you can look at the desert from your tent. Zaid is very kind and he offered really nice and affordable tours. This thing is a nobrainer! Thank you Zaid!

This is a luxury glamping experience! There is a fully functioning clean bathroom with running water and you are literally sleeping right behind the Monastery inside of Petra. Great way to have an authentic Bedouin experience & support a Bedouin owned business while also having a high level of comfort in one of the most beautiful laces in the world. Highlight of our trip to Jordan! Attallah was warm, welcoming, and an excellent cook. He is incredibly interesting and intelligent and we loved hearing his stories of growing up in Petra and traveling around the world. Truly magical, once in a life time experience.

If you want to learn about beduin culture and traditions while being on a dessert adventure this is the place to go! We were late due some problems on our end but this was not a problem at all for Rakan and his team. When we came to the cave our guide Audi prepared the best meal for us while we ate we sat at the fire and drank tea and talked about the beduin traditions and ways. At night we went to sleep under warm blankets Audi had prepared and feel a sleep looking at the sky full of stars! In the morning we booked a jeep tour were we saw all the sights in dessert. We also went sand boarding and met Audis beautiful family who has lived in the dessert for many generations. If you are ever in Wadi rum this is really the place to go.
