There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

A complete house near the Soesterduinen, ideal for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding in nature. Inside, you can enjoy a piano, gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with bunk bed and/or double bed. In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.
