The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Our charismatic colonial-style cottage fondly known as 'Salty', is the perfect base camp for the epic walks of the Grampians National Park, her moody interior sets the scene for the perfect intimate getaway.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
