It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

This was truly a pearl at the coast! Thomais and her sister Maria were really really friendly and accommodating! Waking up in the morning with a sea view and breeze was so great and watching beutiful sunsets from a patio. Really great stay at the vila that had everyone for a relaxing get away. I would love to come back!

What a great and beautiful place! Olga is an amazing host, very friendly! Her place is a great home to relax, close to the beach, everything you need is few minutes away by walking! Toroni is very beautyful and a great place for families with kids! ♥️

Great location! Perfect host!

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

First, the house in incredible beautiful. All arranged with good taste and high quality. Then, the location is amazing, just like in the photos. Superb view of the sea, very quite location, with no neighbours to be disturbed by. The beach is just a few steps down from the house. The property itself is very big, the yard is immense. Aristeidis was very helpful, from the check-in moment, throughout the entire stay. Recommended real nice, quality restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, hope to came back sometime.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

A great place to relax. The beaches are beautiful and the local people are friendly. The views from the house are amazing. Lemnos is our favourite island in Greece. We will definitely be back. The host is very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

The place was superb. Clean, calm, with a nice view of the sea. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The breakfast was unique and varied. Nina brought us breakfast every morning with a wonderful smile and filled us with positive energy even before we tried the amazing food.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute off-season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool are perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the neighbors' cats. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster crows and the goatherd walks past the garden. But you definitely need a car, if only to visit the many beaches. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to eat at the Mpogiata restaurant! On the beach of Pefkohori between the pier and water sports Pefkohori, a few bars were also still open. The Whitebeach in our village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season, we would come back 100%.

5/5 . Everything was as expected, the beach was in front of the apartment, clean pool and lots of areas to hang in and outside the apartment. We had everything we needed regarding amenities. We came in a period when most shops were starting to open but still we found a lot of things to do.

Despoina and her team were very welcoming inviting and kind. The house was equipped with everything you need for your first afternoon in the beautiful villa (even local wine!) which afforded us the opportunity to explore the property and take a dip in the ocean. A tour was provided and she gave us recommendations via chat on local restaurants. Each room had its own bathroom, blow dryer, safe and toiletries. The closet space was very thoughtful and we were able to put our clothes away and not live out of our suitcases. We had family visit during the day from Thessaloniki and Lamia and the outdoor space was just wonderful to connect with our family. The pool was just the right size to enjoy and the ocean view was spectacular. We could even see Mt Olympus on one clear day. We snorkeled in the water, walked along the beach and enjoyed the olive trees on the property. We even found out how to cure olives. We appreciate the thoughtfulness put into this entire property.

Sophie was there to meet us from the ferry and took us to the accommodation in her car. She was very helpful and accommodating and phoned a tour company on our behalf. As the tour was no longer available due to the end of the season Sophie recommended a hire car company. Sophie also offered to take us to the pier at the end of our stay even though it would have involved a very early start for her but having a hire car rendered this unnecessary. We very much enjoyed the island and would love one day to return.

it was best place on ours road trip in 6 countries. Most quite, like in jungle, you can hear lots of birds, one night we saw swarm of fireflies, was magic.If you want calm your mood, is one of the best place that I ever been❤️🙏 many thanks for Velentin and grandads 😊

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

The stay in Efi's vacation home was great from start to finish! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping facilities and excursion destinations. There was also a detailed route description as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Arriving at the vacation home, we were thrilled: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very well maintained and clean, so you feel right at home. Efi had even provided us with a small shopping that would have easily got us through the first day: water, fruits and vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you for that! Throughout our stay, we had regular contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us in a super friendly way with all questions. Thank you so much, dear Efi, for this great vacation!

We spent almost three weeks in Anna's house as a family and enjoyed every single day to the fullest. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious balcony terrace with fantastic sea views, which seamlessly integrates into the living area thanks to a completely open sliding glass door. The location right on the quiet, almost private beach was another highlight for us. To get to the beach, you leave the house on the entrance side and then walk just a few steps around the house, as the balcony terrace is on the upper floor and thus does not have direct access to the beach. We really appreciated the absolute tranquility on site; nothing was heard from the nearby main road. Also the entire complex and surroundings are extremely well maintained and impeccably clean. Communication with Anna went smoothly; she was always available and helpful. Overall, our stay was extremely relaxing and successful. Absolutely recommended!

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, very close to beautiful beach. The villa looks same as on the pictures. The yard is beautiful. Giannis welcomed us warmly and he was helpful all the time. Air conditioning will give everything that is missing for this property to be complete. It was extremly hot for sleeping at night. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and even of air filters humidity is high.
