Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ.
