Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Solarium is full of plants. Beautiful front water view plus gardens.

Short drive to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. 15 minutes to the Bridge, Mac City and Mac Island Ferry. Note that the living space is up a flight of stairs. No TV or AC.

A great place for a big group of people, plenty on parking space, a fun place for a snowmobile get away.
