Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in MacMasters Beach

Beautiful location, 2min walk to the Avalon shopping area, which has everything you would need great restaurants. Only 5min walk to Avalon Beach which also has an ocean pool. There are some great lookouts and hiking tracks nearby too. There was on-site parking for 1 car and plenty of easy street parking if you have a second car. The airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of Jan's house, with a private stairs entrance (would not be accessible for a wheelchair user). The airbnb had all the amenities you would need including a full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer which was handy! The airbnb was relatively clean, some areas could have a more thorough clean though. Good communication. Thank you Jan

We had a great stay at Caves Beach - the apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, and despite some average weather, we enjoyed using the balcony which had some awesome views. It was in walking distance to the beach, and we were so appreciative of Donna for accommodating our additional request needs! Thank you! The only suggestions I can make for future guests stays would be cleanliness - There was sand in the main bathroom, and the sofa had quite a few stains, as well as the carpets. I know these things happen over time with airbnb's, so it didnt affect our stay, but would suggest a deep clean!

Location, location, location!!!! Right on the beach! You can hear the waves from every room. So peaceful and relaxing. An older building, however the kitchen and bathroom has been renovated and the lounge and bedroom were well presented and comfy. Lovely walk down the hill to cafes and restaurants and supermarket less than 2 minute drive. After a week, we still didn’t want to leave.

Highly recommend staying here. The apartment is well located near the town centre and beach. Paula is a great host and has offered a home away from home. The apartment has everything you need and the stand out for my guests and I was how incredibly clean and comfortable the apartment was. Definitely a place I would stay again at when I’m travelling back to the entrance.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Janelle kindly allowed an early check-in which helped us so much. Check-in is very clear with photos showing you exactly what to do and where to go. The apartment was clean and had a generous amount of amenities - coffee pods, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, sauces and spices, toilet paper, bath towels, and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could need for your stay. The location is great too, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. There is a local Spar Express near the beach or Erina Fair is a short drive away (about 10 minutes) with a Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.

We stayed for a week and loved it. The house is so peaceful and perfect for chilling out. Avoca Beach and Copacabana Beach are close by and have everything you need. The house was spotless and Henk gave thorough instructions and hints when checking in. I loved that there weren’t signs and instructions all through the house like some other airbnbs we have stayed at - it made it feel more like home.

A great location with ocean views! We could walk to the beach & local shops. Very clean & spacious apartment. A tv upgrade would be good, plus some wine glasses!Definitely a return destination.

Great location close to beaches and cafes. Place was exactly what we needed for a little getaway with our 1.5 year old. It was very toddler friendly with all the essentials and has enclosed areas for him to run around in with little risk of injury. Very kid friendly furniture and not random decor that he could pull down and destroy which made for a fairly stress-free stay. Lovely outdoor deck which is shaded during the afternoon making it a very pleasant place to spend time unwinding at the end of the day.

We had a lovely weekend getaway with a large group of friends at Copacabana. The place was within easy walking distance to the beach and local shops and cafes. The house was well equipped for meals and entertainment and we make good use of the pool table. Greg and Gretta were great communicators and allowed us a later check out time (thanks!). The only thing to note is the sofa bed, although separate to the main living area, is not very private (located at main entry, open to the staircase and pool table area). I would not recommend this for adults or light sleepers. But otherwise we had a great stay and would book this spot again in future.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

What a beautiful paradise to spend a 4 night family reunion/birthday celebration. A couple of teething problems noted after the first night were addressed promptly where possible. Note bedroom 3 on 1st floor and the loft did not have central aircon vents which made night 1 uncomfortable for some of our guests, especially given a very hot day earlier (keeping blinds upstairs closed during the day helped). Lovely linen; beds & pillows extremely comfortable! Great break out spaces. Kitchen well appointed and equipped. Great backyard and pool. Very close to North and South Avalon beaches and a short flat walk to an extensive shopping precinct. The icy bottled water provided, and extra beach towels were welcome. The dining table with 6 chairs was not sufficient for a maximum 12 house guests (note there is a small table and 4 chairs in the garage which could perhaps extend the dining space, but we didn’t see them until the last day). Overall, a stunning, atmospheric home for a large group.

The house and location were great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. It was so lovely sitting on the front balcony in the sun with the water view - you can even hear the waves! It was only a short walk to the beach and shops which was great.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

Beautiful location right on the beach, easy access with local cafe next door. Unique apartment with everything you need, stunning views any time of the day. The apartment was in a central location with short walks in both directions to local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Dan and Robert provided all bedding & towels and the complimentary basket was a great touch. Great experience!

Thank you Michael and Alice for having us to stay. The apartment was roomy and in a great location, close to Waitara train station and Hornsby Westfield. Michael was proactive and helpful in his communication.

Absolutely LOVED this place and we’ll definitely be in touch to stay again. Perfect location, great communication with the hosts and a real home from home feel. David keep me well informed were his place was even by taking a picture.He even had a key ready in the letterbox and very easy access .I was over visiting family so not far from shops and beach also Long Reef and Warringa golf course .Easy Access from airport by train and buses on the B-Line from Winyard . David was very friendly and very helpful .Also he loves his sport soccer and l felt right at home . Bus stop is opposite the apartments no problem with transport don’t really need to hire car .

The place was as advertised and Tim was very responsive and made sure everything was in order and kept us up to date on any thing that was needed to stay in an apartment. Thanks Tim!

Spent a fantastic 10 days here so much nearby. Don’t be put off by a quirky apartment it’s very comfortable & affordable. Beach/ocean pool (5 mins) 3x great cafes (7mins). The Mona Social (12min) has great cocktails & best views plus Guinness on tap! The golf club downstairs is also fantastic. The Mona hotel (10min) also Coles & HFM next door. We didn’t cook much (merely assemble snacks) though you could easily do this. Coffee Brothers in Darley St busy but worth it. The Newport 10min drive and definitely worth it. We also jumped on a bus (on main Rd) and headed to Fat Pomelo at Narrabeen but book early as is booked every night. This whole area is busy over wknds so get out early to enjoy the best spots. Weekdays are wonderful beach is still patrolled and ocean pool quieter. Yes the unit is a little older but we used the ceiling fans with doors open as no AC or cross breeze but complex has its own pool to use. Overall loved our stay. Thanks Brooke.
