You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!

We are 9 miles west of I-57 on Route 133 (take exit 203 at Arcola) and 40 miles from Champaign.

We've hosted people attending weddings, family get-togethers, training classes, golfing (professionally) and doing short-term work assignments.
