Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mactan

Ivy Eve was very responsive even when there were unexpected glitches. Although she does not live locally, many family members took care of any issue. The space is quiet, peaceful and the high ceiling adds a positive vibe. Great location right in the heart of Mactan Newtown. Would definitely stay again.

The place is really worth a stay. Better than No8 Blvd ;-). You have a very friendly and helpful staff. The condo is right as shown in the description+ a washing machine/dryer in a room next to the kitchen. The building has a great pool area (monday maintanace day), a tennis court, a small but absolutely clean gym, also suitable for girls and a walking distance to the robinsons, 7eleven, watsons. You have Mr DIY, massage and a small market in 10min walking distance. There is also the privat beach compound. It is very beautiful with privat places to sit, a bar and amenities for food. The entrance fee is 350P, that is what we didn‘t expect. Last year Dec it was free to people who rent condos in Mactan NT. Thanx for having us, totally recommended 🌸🙏🏽selamat dong

Highly Recommended! We had a great stay at this condo. The location is super convenient—very accessible and just a short walk to nearby restaurants. It's also right beside Robinson Easymart, which made grocery runs easy. The host, Jefax, was very friendly and responsive, and the check-in process went smoothly. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Would definitely book again!

Ria Jane and her team provided great service and they were very polite. Any issues were resolved quickly and I really felt at home at the One Pacific Residences. Mactan Newtown is very clean and quiet for Lapu-Lapu. Everything felt at arms reach. Nice beach access within 2000'. Nice Gym. Very comfortable bed (slept like a baby) high quality furnishings and appliances. All kitchen amenities were provided. Nice covered parking for a scooter for very small fee. I actually miss it now that I am staying somewhere else. Thank you.

The place is great ang very accessible to restaurants and groceries. Our kids really enjoy the pool. Host and Rose is responsive to our needs.

It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Also a big thank you, I left some clothing items behind when I was going to my next accommodation and the staff thoughtfully delivered it to the concierge desk for my pick up. My second time staying there, wonderful host and place. there are many things to do in the building area like gym, pool and the apartment itself ia very good. It is close to many things so you can so literally everything walking. regards.

May and Art were very nice and considerate. Everything we needed was provided, and they were flexible with the check in schedule. They were also very easy to reach. Would definitely stay with them again!
