Pond & Sea View, Mactan Strait

Pond and Sea View condo is well situated in the Cluster 2 building in the resort of Megaworld, Mactan Newtown. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the lovely beach on the Strait of Mactan. There are lots of amenities close by, just one floor down, including the gym, infinity pool, a short running or jogging path, etc. There are many amazing restaurants and shopping stores where you can buy pretty much all you need, making it easy to plan your visit.

The pool area is illuminated softly at night, reflecting surrounding greenery and the modern architecture of the resort in the water. Lounge chairs line the pool's edge, while floating lights add to the serene atmosphere.
