Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Madagascar

Great stay! Big spacious apartment, over looking the swiming pool at the front and countryside/ residence to the back. Very clean and easy to find, in a beautiful ane very safe environment. Met at the specified time and let into the appartment, given a quick tour.The host was also able to provide a cot at the last minute which was very much appreciated. There was air-conditioning available in the living room and a fab in one of the bedrooms which was great. Comfortable beds, with great mattresses, which you dont always find in Madagascar. The kitchen had basics already available such as coffee, sugar etc. Local amenities close by such as a supermarket, restaurants, taxis and atms. Great stay and excellent host!

Noro is a very nice host, responsive, very good advice, and in love with her city and country. It was a real pleasure to converse with her before, during, and even now after our trip!!! Very beautiful and spacious apartment in a nice part of Tana. Fanja and her husband took great care of me. The restaurant beside the apartment is delicious. WiFi was excellent. Thanks!!

The house has an enviable location, with views of both sunrise and sunset from the two platforms that stretch to almost touch the sea. The Garden is very well maintained with beautiful trees that shade part of the garden. The house is simple and tastefully furnished: colorful concrete floors, local canopy beds, a very comfortable hammock and - especially - a beautiful view from the many windows that open to the walls that look out to the sea. Roselle and Jeudi are discreet and always ready to meet any need. They speak like all Malgasci, French. Philippe (max) welcomed us upon arrival and departure and was always available to give advice or resolve small issues. All in a dreamy stay in the wonderful Nosy Komba. A huge thank you to Freddy and his on-site guide Rasolo who accompanied us to have the best experience. Rasolo is an exceptional guide, attentive, discreet and who knows everything Nosy bé: diving, local cuisine, excursions of all kinds with a millimeter organization. We are not delighted to have stayed in this spacious and well-equipped house, quiet and 5 minutes from the beach on foot for unbeatable value for money. We highly recommend and hope to come back. We spent two weeks in this pleasant house that appears even better than in the pictures!!! A team made up of a caretaker, a gardener and a lady for the interior really very friendly and professional!! Pascal is always attentive and has good advice. We will keep a very good memory!

We had a very nice 8-day vacation! The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Jacquess and his wife Angele and their family are very sweet. During your stay, they live out behind the house, and are always around and ready to help. We became great friends. The place is far away from the city and any supermarket, and it is difficult to go out shopping and cooking yourself. We just decided to let Angele cook all our meals and we were not disappointed. Angele cooks simple yet delicious meals, with fresh fish, scrimp and fruit. We just relaxed all day and when the food was ready, we went to eat. A little like a B&B. One time we went to the neighbouring hotel, which has a restaurant. You will of course pay for the food and Angele's cooking, but not restaurant prices. It's a big advantage if you speak French or Malagasy to communicate. We used a local guide Frido Be for an island tour and also Blue Wave Diving, to go Scuba Diving. Btw, there is only saltwater in the bathrooms and shower.

Carine and Franck are delicious and considerate hosts. Efficient, caring: they recreated Paradise in Nosy Komba , just for you! Once you are on the terrace: you no longer want to move! Amazing comfort ( as you live on an island with no roads ), a perfectly organized house for living, cooking, relaxing. The Garden of Eden when you take your shower outside, and the peace of an Oasis when you enjoy the terrace!

During our third stay at Nani's, we found that it's a great host (but we already knew it!) that is constantly improving her home for the well-being of guests: adding dishes, laundry ropes, deckchairs, solar lamps... The view and location is still exceptional. I highly recommend this listing and this host.

Beautiful apartment, ideally located in the center, all amenities are within walking distance. With beautiful views on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, functional wifi. I recommend it.

Stay at Miora & Stephane’s place was absolutely gorgeous! They are professionals in hospitality industry and they are doing their job whole-heartedly. I am particularly grateful for their support when my travel plans went up in the air. They went beyond their responsibilities and found a solution. I cannot thank them enough for saving me in an extremely stressful situation. Apart from this, their home is lovely and fulfilled all my expectations. I could watch the view from the terasse until the end of my days - it was magnificent! When it comes to amenities, we had all we needed throughout our stay - particularly recommended to those who like me do not want to eat out all the time and want to prepare their meals comfortably. In addition, the house is well located so it was extremely easy to get around - even on foot. Highly recommended on all levels! Thank you so much for your care and definitely coming back again when destiny brings me back to FD.

We were on the 3rd and top floor and had a lovely family stay there. Our little one had all the room to have fun. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, very well appointed, nicely decorated and very bright. Special mention for the large balcony and for the view which is EXCEPTIONAL. We appreciated the kindness, great responsiveness and easy communication with Atla and her collaborators. We would definitely recommend this listing for a stay with family.

Fred has been incredibly helpful from the booking onwards till departure. He was flexible when I needed to change my reservation, then stayed awake late to help me at arrival due to delays of flight, as well as sent clear instructions to find the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, unique and has a well lived quality. It is simple and some things may not work according to Malagasy standards as the flush in the toilet but these don't take away from the quality of experience I had there with the open windows, spacious space to work from, and comfortable bed. Fred also has a cleaning lady who is helpful and helps with maintaining the place and washing clothes if needed. Fred has been very friendly and supportive, giving suggestions in where to go and travel both in Tana and outside. Thank you very much again for the really nice experience.

We loved our stay, the apartment is quiet and well-equipped. We opted for the extra laundry, ironing and cleaning service and everything went well. The place is a little off-center but this is what we were looking for . We recommend if you are looking for a quiet and pleasant right not too far from the city.
