With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

The little house in the woods is a single bedroom with the bathroom outside, about 30 m away. It is located in the Li Licciuleddi farmhouse a few meters from the main house, where I and other guests stay. It is immersed in a holm oak forest and surrounded by nature. Ideal for those looking for a simple and quiet place. From the farmhouse, you can reach the beaches on the west side in 20 minutes (Rena Majore, Rena di Matteu, Vignola...) and most of the beaches of Gallura in 30 minutes. IUN R6135

My house was one of the first to be built in the village, in 1978. It is located a few steps from the beach, in the heart of the village, in Building A, the area closest to the sea and the main services offered by the residence, such as a bar, restaurant, mini market, and children's playground. The house is approximately 65 square meters inside and has a spacious veranda with a table, chairs, and cushions for outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and plants and flowers to ensure privacy.
