Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Madison County

Sherri's house was an ideal location for our grandchild's graduation from Berea College. It was comfortable and furnished with everything the eight of us needed, from grandparents to parents to the young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were several areas for us to gather in smaller groups: around the table, in the living room, playing pool and video games downstairs. We appreciated Sherri's answering us so promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay at her house again if we're ever in the area.

Great cottage right next to the Churchill center and Honeysuckle. Very comfortable and well-stocked; well-designed space. Would definitely choose again.

I organized a ladies getaway with my 5 adult daughters. Although initially, it was challenging to come up with a weekend we could all agree on, the Sapphire was perfect. We had a wonderful time Shopping, eating and gabbing. I recommend Apollo’s pizza and lunch at Boone Tavern. Thanks Alex and Jordan, for providing a very clean, quiet place to get away.

Samantha is marvelous. She thought of everything. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom equipped with all one needs. The house was spotless. There are games for children. The kitchen allows for conviviality and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. My friends and I were absolutely comfortable. We've stayed in Richmond many times and I think this was our favorite because we got to be together

I had a wonderful stay at Katie’s place! Everything was absolutely perfect — the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel at home. Katie was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and made the whole experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay atMichelle’s adorable cabin. Tons of space, extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Berea!!

Susan’s place feels like being in a serene forest meadow. It was quiet, relaxing, and I loved sitting on the front porch reading and listening to the rain. We really enjoyed watching a movie through the projector, and baking the muffins provided for breakfast. This was the perfect home to stay for the weekend to be close to the places we needed to go, but feel like we were far away! Will definitely stay again!

We really loved this place. The layout was great. The bedrooms were upstairs so the morning people could get up have coffee and not wake up the late sleepers. I’m a super clean freak and I was very pleased with how clean the place was. There were a lot of extras that we enjoyed. Nice sheets and blankets. Lots of towels. A variety of coffee and creamer flavors, snacks, water, face wipes, hand cream, shampoo body wash and more…… with generous amounts. We felt very welcomed. We only stayed 2 night but the home was comfy enough to stay for a long time.

The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious layout included a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a serene bedroom that ensured restful nights. It was a delightful place to relax after exploring the town.

I was surprised by how large the space was. The space was set up great and was clean and comfortable. Kristin was great to communicate with.

We were in town to visit EKU and stayed at Freida's place. It is cute, cozy, very clean and contains all the comforts of home, including phone chargers and a makeup mirror!!! We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again!!

Our stay was great! The property was as advertised, very clean and had everything we (and pets) needed and more. Amanda was also flexible and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. This would be the first property we'd check for availability if staying in the area again.

Great place and conveniently located!

This roomy apartment has character and was perfect for my one-week stay: it was close to my parents' house, convenient to downtown for restaurants and other things to do (glad to eat at Zim's Cafe again!), and close enough to Transylvania's campus that it was easy to get there and back for Alumni Weekend activities. The neighbors were quite friendly as well, with one even stopping to let me know that the street was going to be paved the next morning so I could move my car the night before.

Brooke was a great host and her place was super clean and well appointed! I have already booked with her again!

The house was what we needed. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. He was proactive in communicating what we needed to know. His place was as it was described however the place is better in person. Highly recommend.

Great location. Cool place to stay in downtown Lexington. Loved the outdoor space around the property too!

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

This was the most beautiful and ornate airbnb I've ever experienced! Everything's so charming and full of stories as this place is a true extension of Mr. Lee who is so full of love and life and you can tell he's eager to extend that to his guests. The only possible downside is theres no elevator so for quests who are handicapped and have a hard time with stairs this may not be for you considering there's a few flights to the room BUT Mr. Lee insisted to carry our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The decor is so unique and vibrant yet calm and the town of Paris is very quaint. We enjoyed our $25 gift card to Lee's restaurant and had the place to ourselves to dine. The room also had free organic bananas, muffins and drinks in the fridge. The whirlpool jacuzzi tub was also a plus! 10/10 would stay again.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!
