Our warm and cozy apartment in the heart of Madrid! With heating and air conditioning, of course! We leave our apartment occasionally when we go on the trip and it is perfect to spend a few days as a couple, with friends or with family and enjoy the surroundings. It is a private apartment that has an elevator, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. You will be like AT HOME! The apartment has: Master bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a balcony facing the street (with windows that provide good sound insulation from the outside, although it can be a bit noisy on Saturday nights, so we leave earplugs in case you need them). It has complete wardrobe and perches, two nightstands, lamps and USB chargers so you don't miss anything. En-suite bathroom with ample shower with whirlpool column. There are soaps with different smells, shampoos for different needs, toothpaste, deodorant and everything you need. Quite spacious living room with balcony on the street. There is a dining table perfect for eating or working, and four chairs. Sofa with chaise longue that converts into a large double bed. 40"TV with Netflix. High-speed wifi American kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It has an electric kettle (with infusions that we will leave at your disposal), toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (and coffee capsules that we also provide as detail), microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is a kitchen and we also have a folding interior washing machine and clothesline. I will leave you bed linens, bath towels, extra blankets for the winter (to enjoy a movie on the couch). ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The apartment has two balconies overlooking the street, the windows isolate the noise quite well and there is air conditioning so you can sleep with the windows closed. Still, there is the possibility that on Saturday nights the noise of the street is something more annoying than the rest of days. As we want to make sure you rest well, we will leave earplugs on the nightstand. Utilízalos if you need them 😊 🧳 We don't store luggage, but there's a locker right in front of the apartment where you can leave it. Our charming apartment gives you the chance to immerse yourself in authentic Madrid life and enjoy the culture, cuisine and art of Malasaña. Our apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the moment you enter. Decorado with love and taking care of every detail, it's the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Relax in the lounge where you can rest on the couch after a day of walking and enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with fresh local ingredients that you can find at nearby markets. The master bedroom is a haven of peace, with a comfortable bed and simple décor that invites you to relax. The windows isolate the sound from the outside but if you also need an extra tranquility, we always leave a few stoppers on the tables in the bedroom. We insure restful nights of sleep so you're ready for your daily adventures. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, mobile charger, linens, towels, everything you need for the bathroom (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, deodorant), so you only think about making the most of your rest. ⚠️ The use of extra bed linen or a sofa bed must be indicated in advance and will incur a small extra charge.

It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
