This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

The location is easy to find, the room is very clean, the decoration is very distinctive, my parents are very comfortable, from the ancient city, Nimman Road is quite convenient to take a taxi, about 15 minutes.There is a nice breakfast coffee shop nearby 10 minutes walk which is good.The only drawback could be because it's by the road so it gets a little bit noisy at night.

The design of the homestay is very tasteful, the combination of modern and natural elements is just right, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.The room is spacious and cozy.The pool area is also nice, quiet surroundings to relax.Great location, easy to walk or short trip.The overall experience was good and a good area for a little get away

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Really great place to stay if you need more than one hotel room. The villa was perfect for our group. Napat responsive and the breakfasts were amazing. I would stay here again

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

It’s an amazing place and is really well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is also well maintained and the housekeeper cleans it twice daily. Special shoutout for the super host Suchanan, she was prompt and very helpful. Would highly recommend to stay at this property.

Very beautifully peaceful house with many many spaces for various activities. Perfect for families or friends outing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.
