My stay was perfect! The photos are exactly the same as the apartment. Everything was impeccable, Daniel and Márcia were very helpful with me and my friends. I loved the accommodation, despite being a small place and in a street with a lot of noise, it is very cozy, clean, with air conditioning and has several shops nearby, being possible to do several things by walking. The host was very attentive and responded quickly whenever it was necessary. I really liked it, I recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is located in an excellent area, close to the beach and with easy access to pharmacy, market, restaurants and everything we needed. The 24h gatehouse was a great differential, as it brought us a lot of security both on arrival and on departure. A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys that the house has kept him very happy because it is a space that he seemed to have already explored and we were safe..

Good private accommodation in the center of Botafogo and next to the metro. The space is inside a very cute enclosed villa. Since the space should always be rented the amphritrion Rafael is not very flexible with requests for early check-in and late-check-outs, everything else is ok.

Marta's apartment is extremely comfortable and organized. The condominium has exactly everything you can imagine, bringing a lot of practicality. Marta has always been very kind and friendly since we closed. At the check in she went to the apartment to receive us, gave several tips and made us very comfortable. We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
