A nappaliban pótággyá alakítható kanapé található, televízió Netflix és HBO Go hozzáféréssel. A lakásokhoz elkülönített teraszok tartoznak kerti bútorokkal. Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.

Szeged, Tiszához és belvároshoz közeli 2 szobás, teljesen felújított magánház kiadó. A szállás az új kézilabda stadiontól (PICK ARÉNA) és a Tiszavirág uszodától sétatávolságra van. A szobák külön bejáratúak, a konyha és fürdőszoba teljesen felszerelt. A házhoz tartozik egy kicsi pihenőudvar. Ingyenes parkolás a ház előtt. Gyermekeket szívesen látok, kiságy van, de etetőszék nincs. Egyedül utazó vendéget 3 éjszakánál hosszabb időre nem fogadok.
