The house matches the description, the cottage is a plus, the beach is not far away, everything is nearby, communication with Hobitiana is easy, Eddy is always present and responsive, I highly recommend .

Excellent option if you are looking for a large, centrally-located, well-equipped, budget-friendly place. Owner will go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is a busy street nearby but I didn’t find it too noisy especially when the doors were closed, and I actually found it safer to be living near a well-lit street and not have to walk or ride a Tuktuk on a dark alley. Finally, the air conditioning was the total game changer for me. Too bad there were some power outages during my stay. Overall great place at great value.

Great house with a garden that has EVERYTHING you need to disconnect and relax while being near the city and its entertainment. We had a great stay. The house staff is very nice and we can no longer be available to make our lives easy and enjoyable. Thank you and looking forward to coming back...
