Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Direct access to the hiking trails along the coastal river provides walking access to the medieval city of Pont -croix. It has three bedrooms including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
