We had a wonderful stay at Yakub Sir’s property! Both he and his wife are incredibly warm and responsive hosts who ensure everything runs smoothly for their guests. The location is easy to find and exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. It’s freshly prepared in their kitchen, extremely hygienic, served in generous portions, and absolutely delicious! The menu has a great variety, and I highly recommend trying their home-cooked meals. The property is well-situated with a scenic medium-level trail leading to Kankeshwar Temple nearby, and Kihim Beach is also just a short drive away as mentioned in the listing. I’ll definitely be returning here the next time I visit Alibaug. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Such a brilliant concept! The property is newly built, beautifully designed, and perfect for couples. It was private, peaceful, and had everything we needed… The attention to detail made it extra special. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! The vibe, the privacy, the calm... it’s just something else. Full marks to the host for creating such a lovely space.

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

Kichu's place is a lovely home by the Mandrem beach. It is the first house by the beach and hence the beach is super accessible. The house is beautiful and has the perfect Goa vibe. It has been kept very well and the aesthetics were beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would visit again!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable—just 200m from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. The place itself was very well maintained, and neatly kept, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was really good. The villa was clean and maintained well. Parakram communicated the location well and it was easy to find the place. He is a humble person and made few arrangements according to our requirements. The place is good for family as well as for a group of friends.

The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

It was a pleasent stay at Viinod and Beena's place. Me and my wife liked it a lot. The host were very helpful. The walk to the river was very nice and we spent quite some time there at the river till sunset, which felt peaceful and beautiful.

Darius's cottage is a wonderful place yo be in if you are looking at getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in natural surroundings, it is not difficult to find. The place is minimalistic with all basic necessities of a vacation taken care of. A special thanks to Rajuji, Kailash and their wives for making such yummylicious food served with a lot of love and warmth. Both of them are mentioned of few words and even few expressions but they are very hospitable and take care of anything you tell them promptly. Coming back to the place, it has the old world rustic charm surrounded by trees and greenery all around. Peaceful, calm, serene is how I will describe it. For anyone who is looking for a rejuvenating vacation away from the chaos of city life, do visit and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Darius for letting us stay in your property, we look forward to repeating the experience soon.

Supposedly one of the best centrally located place to stay at Panchgani with a good value for money. The stay was absolutely peaceful & the hosts too are very hospitable. Without a proper Hotel set up, still this place is worth every penny. Probably a good cook can add some additional value. But my personal recommendations for this one.

We really liked the property. It's clean and well maintained. Nandini cooks really well. My father in law requires non spicy food and she gave us as per our requirement. Our 7 months old also loved it. Highly Recommend. We will surely consider visiting again.😊

No words! Looked just like the pictures and better, in a great location with lots to do and see around, yet nestled in a cosy nook with lots of privacy. The host is super responsive and helpful. We had the most wonderful time and hope to come back soon!

What a different and lovely experience, something like this I have seen first time in Goa, such an amazing and unique stay. The structure of the cottages are lovely. the main part was its literally on the main road of Morjim and everything is so nearby like party and sundowner places, there is one river also. Overall amazing stay and experience
