Holiday rentals with lake access in Maharashtra

Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

It is a home stay worth every penny with all the amenities. Would recommend for a team gathering with lots to do in and around the city.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

This place was more beautiful than shown in the pictures . Gave us peace which we longed for during your travel plans. Close to the beach and major restaurants. Pet friendly and my puppy loved staying at the property. During nights it looks way more beautiful. Amazingly done interiors with great detailing . The host was friendly and proactive but we did not want to get any help from him as everything was sorted and available handy inside the property with clear instructions by the host and the care taker. Care tracker is also very sweet and humble . Loved our stay here and would definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Backwaters View I had a wonderful stay at wahiida’s in Goa! The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this place for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and easy access to Goa’s beaches and cafés. Would love to visit again!

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

We booked this place for two days and had an amazing stay, The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. Pavan was very helpful in addressing our concerns. This place looks exactly the same as it does in the pictures. It is very close to restaurants, Highly recommended!

It was a perfect weekend getaway and the stay was way much better than expected ! Also kudos to Jeet for being a responsive , polite and a proactive host ! Will highly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxed weekend.

Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

The stay was fantastic. The place is exactly as described in the Airbnb listing, making you feel right at home. It’s spacious and incredibly comfortable. In the early mornings, you can take a peaceful walk to Malkam Cheruvu, just 200 meters away. There’s no interference from the hosts or neighbors, ensuring a quiet and relaxing experience. The caretaker is quick to respond if you need anything, and the hosts are always available by call or text. This place is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Hosts were amazing they checked if everything is alright or anything is needed. Much recommended place to stay. ♥️

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

Single day stay just for downtime with our pet. Perfect place for two adults and a dog whose definition of bliss in life is getting to spend time quietly together. Lake was a lovely quiet walk. Everything was very clean and homely. Very touched by Amit and Caroline's special gestures to make us comfortable. I had forgotten odomos. They got their staff to go and get it for us in under 30 minutes. The pantry had all basic staples. All in all we are so glad to have taken this day off at Scotty's cottage

I had a fantastic stay at this property hosted by Satyajit! The location is absolutely amazing—right in front of a dam, offering a peaceful and safe environment. I visited with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Satyajit provided all the details clearly, gave timely instructions, and was always responsive. The dam has a beautiful sunset viewpoint and boating options, making it a great spot to unwind. Though I had a packed itinerary and couldn’t relax much this time, I’ll definitely book again for a proper staycation. The property itself is well-maintained, with a lovely lawn, good lighting, and security cameras for added safety. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the caretaker, Salim, was always ready to help. There are plenty of board games and outdoor activities provided by the host, adding to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

Great place to spend with friends as well as family. Property was much more cozy than seen in photos. The overall property area is pretty big - around 5.5 acres, and it's completely ours when we book this Villa, hence great privacy despite of always busy and crowded pawna lake area. The care taker was very humble and polite. The food that he and his wife cooked was lip-smacking. Overall very happy and felt worth spending the amount here. Will definitely visit many more times 🥳

Property was great. A place that is so beautiful and beyond your expectations in the overall setup and unexpected natural beauty, yet so close to Pune. Great caretakers and awesome home cooked food. The best place you can spend with your close ones or family in the garb of the beautiful nature that is so well maintained by the host, that you'll forget all your worries and have the most peaceful time of your lives.

Went for a weekend to get away from the city and found this place to be perfect. Amazing location, good rooms, polite and helpful staff, great food were just some of the basics they provided. We stayed in one of the three the superior cottage which have a private balcony having a sunset view of the lake amidst the sahyadri mountain range. Rooms were tastefully made without too much but enough for a comfortable stay. Food was top notch (do try the milkshakes :)) and they have a nice cafe to hangout (again with a view). Surrounded my Arthur lake from 3 sides this location is unique. You can walk down to the lake in 10mins and sit by the serene surroundings. Make sure you get to see the sunset from the lake side. All in all a perfect weekend getaway amongst nature. P.s. special mention of their app ‘Glu’ which made everything from check-in/out, food orders, getting around, etc super helpful. :)
