We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.
