Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Centrally located in Mainz City

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

You can hardly live more centrally in Mainz: the banks of the Rhine are within easy reach and the old town of Mainz with its imposing cathedral is only a few minutes' walk away. Peaceful location but still in the middle of the new town

Our house is within walking distance (approx. 5 min) to Mainz Central Station, centrally but quietly located in a play street, in the middle of the central scene: the Neustadt. The guest apartment is on the 4th floor (attic) and consists of a large living room-bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, a cozy kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. We ourselves also live in the house with our four children.

Studio apartment

The studio apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-party house with separate access. The apartment is completely newly furnished and renovated. A large kitchen-living room and bathroom provide a feel-good atmosphere. The tram stops 50 m in front of the house. The city center and train station can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is equipped with travel utensils such as hairdryer, shower gels, hand wash, iron, umbrella, etc.

Private suite directly at the main train station

A few minutes walk from Mainz main station, this place to stay is in close proximity to wine bars, restaurants and other shops that invite you to linger. Since there is no window, the unit is only suitable for short overnight stays in Mainz. Total air conditioning and ventilation makes the stay very comfortable. WiFi is not available yet. The discount stores are open until 10 pm and even after that there are still kiosk sales spots

Historic 110 sqm vacation home Zur Hofreite

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Small Studio in Historic Centre of Mainz

This one bedroom unit (15 m²) with a small sunny bathroom in located in a historical monument dating from the late middle-ages. It is ideal for singles or couples who would like to explore the attractions of the historical city of Mainz. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to turn the fresh ingredients from the farmer's market (3 times a week, within walking distance) into a delicious meal.

The apartment is located on the roof of a multi-story house and therefore offers a detached living situation. The host and his family live directly below the apartment on the fourth floor. The host occasionally makes the apartment available via Airbnb to cover some of the high costs.
