Holiday rentals with a patio in Maipú

Our stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, communication with Valeria was fluid and very friendly. I provide all the necessary information, plus local recommendations to enjoy our visit even more. The apartment is located in a very central area, ideal for exploring the city. A few minutes away are restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, which made our experience much more comfortable and convenient. Beds are comfortable, and bedding and towels of excellent quality. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was great for prepping our meals when we didn't want to go out. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, with good quality personal hygiene products. In addition, the apartment has an electric gate for more comfort and safety of the vehicle, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. We look forward to returning soon.

One of my favorite condos in Mendoza! This condo has an amazing garden where butterflies and birds frequent, tons of living space, and is perfectly located near great restaurants, bars, and the huge San Martin Park! I highly recommend this place and Yanina is always there if you need anything at all! :)

Exceeded our expectation! very comfortable king bed, spacious, clean and well-lit environments. We felt at home. Autonomous admission, and they even left us some delicious cookies, milk, coffee and sugar for breakfast. We went with a pet and was able to use the beautiful garden without problems. We were able to rest as no noise is heard. the pool looked spotless. we'll be back.

We feel very comfortable, Vika is always attentive to what we needed. The apartment was very nice, close to the Central Hospital which was what we needed, walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed the common space where we could share with the neighbors, and in fact we even shared the Christmas dinner with them. We really enjoyed our stadiums, we hope to return one day

Excellent host, the house was in accordance with the characteristics of the publication, tidy and quite safe, the area is nice and quiet, it is very close to the street where there were quite a few restaurants and areas to dance and share.

Our experience was excellent. The view is beautiful and the place has everything to cook, ideal for enjoying homemade meals on vacation. Comfort is total: good rest, impeccable bathroom, TV and perfect working wifi. In addition, it has a hanging chair that I loved, I want it for my house haha The surroundings are ideal for disconnecting, but with everything close by. Local stores, butchers, pharmacy and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Martin, the host, was impeccable. From the first day he was attentive, wondering how we spent the first night and always willing to help. In the end, she asked if we had suggestions for improvement, reflecting her commitment to providing the best experience. We have no criticism, we loved everything. Definitely a place to recommend and repeat.

Our family stay at Belen's was great! The house is beautiful and allows everyone to have its privacy. The large grounds and pool were also a big plus with the kids! It's not really possible to get around the area on foot, but with a car, several interesting vineyards are accessible. Belen is an incredible host. She responds quickly to our messages and quickly resolves small issues if there are any. We had some issues with the wifi, but it was out of her control. She still made calls to the company to let them know. In addition, she kindly welcomed us with a tray containing cookies and small sweets and it was greatly appreciated after our long day of traveling. In short, we loved our week in this beautiful home!

It is a very comfortable accommodation, easy to reach and in a very quiet area. Hugo is a great host and was friendly at all times to welcome us. 100% recommended

The apartment is an excellent choice. The location is great, 5 minute walk to Aristides and very close to Emilio civit. The apartment is very cute, modern, and an excellent bang for your buck.

The place was very good, the host communicated very well and quickly. A 30-minute walk takes you to the center of Mendoza without the need for public transport. Lots to visit, people are friendly and always ready to help. Very safe place even in the evening. We recommend it!

Excellent apartment! very but very comfortable. Personally, the Dept. is better than what was already seen in the photos. Two large bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen more than complete. Living room very comfortable and pleasant. It has a small patio with a tender. TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. It has air conditioning in all the burgers and radiant slab. Very bright. The cleanliness is excellent. Covered garage. Good wifi. The area is very nice, quiet, safe. About 7 blocks from the main square, 4 from San Martin Park and only 2 from Calle Arístides (bar area and rest). Communication with Fernando/Sebastian was 10 points from day one. Always attentive to queries. I recommend it 100 x 100!

Enrique and Andrea are the perfect hosts. An impeccable apartment, with everything you need and more at your disposal. Everything is well explained and always waiting for everything to go well. We regret not staying longer. I would always stay with them again if I go back to Mendoza.

Excellent and quiet apartment. Samy was very attentive from the start and gave me a lot of confidence. The apartment is clean, just as seen in the photos. The location is excellent, close to places to eat and walking to the February 12th square is little. Supermecado, pharmacies, ice cream shops, pizzas, to go to eat. Everything was great. We would return to the apartment again in the future.

Paula is an excellent host, always attentive to details. We were surprised with a very nice gesture for Easter that made us feel right at home. The place is just as you can see in the photos, very nice and comfortable. We loved it, especially the internal patio, ideal to enjoy as a family and that the boys can play quietly. I hope it's available when we get back, we'd like to repeat the experience! :)
