On the ground floor there is a manger, and on the first floor there is a barn and a drying room. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern comforts but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can eat by moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with the person you love.

Casa La Boudeto, Valle Maira

"La Boudeto" is an independent house of 54 square metres, located at 954 metres above sea level in Valle Maira. The house is located in a mountain hamlet and has been renovated according to the architectural criteria typical of the area. In a quiet area, close to the woods, it is ideal for relaxation, walks and smart working. There is a small garden with children's play equipment. It is 2 km from the village where the main services are located. The Maira Valley offers a setting of tranquillity and unspoilt nature.

"El Ciabotìn", typical mountain house

Recently renovated, located in two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable bed), bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bicycles or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.
