It is 2 km from the village where the main services are located. The Maira Valley offers a setting of tranquillity and unspoilt nature.

Recently renovated, located in two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable bed), bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bicycles or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

The house, surrounded by greenery, is equipped with a parking space and with its location is exactly halfway between the comfort of the lower valley and the unspoiled nature of the upper valley (easily accessible by continuing on the road that runs alongside the house).
