I've been staying in another apartment in João and Lucinda . This is the third time I've stayed with them. Everything always very comfortable, clean, pleasant environment, perfect location! João and Lucinda always very quick to respond and very attentive. I will always come back! Super indico!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place from beginning to end. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a convenience supermarket right downstairs. The apartment is efficiently and tastefully furnished with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. The check-in process was impeccable with Bluehaus, as well as at the building in person. We also made use of the valet service, which worked efficiently. All in all a 5 star stay.

My stay was very good! The place is very cool and the entrance instructions are clear and intuitive. I noticed a few details, such as a stained blanket and kitchen trash full of water bottles, but nothing that compromised the experience. I was already in the green container and, personally, I thought it best.

The building's facilities are very good and it's all very accessible during the stay. It was a pleasure to be in the space during those two days

New Building, close to the Brás station, we went to several walks with agility and convenience. A new apto furnished with everything that is needed, for a longer stay a washing machine would be interesting, since the building does not have. In the most the host is to be congratulated!

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

We stayed in two couples and the apartment met our needs well. The space is great, comfortable and well distributed. In addition to being beautiful, it is in a great location — all we wanted to do was close, so we were able to get around with ease, spending little on transportation. The space is great! We spent a week visiting São Paulo and we were quite comfortable. It is ideal for a person or couple. It is easy to access several places of São Paulo from the place, in addition to having good restaurants and cool things to do the proximity, being very close to the reunault theater, the freedom and the São Paulo Avenue.
