It consists of 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and has a large balcony with an unobstructed view. The large room has 2 queen beds, and the small room has 1 queen bed and a single sofa bed. The property is located on the mountain pass near the Unilam and Banilam Valley, and is a quiet place with no private houses nearby. There is a large stream right in front of the house. It's great for playing in the water. The yard of the house is a 300-pyeong lawn garden, the inside of the house is 25 pyeong in size, and there is also a 5-pyeong balcony.
