This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
