You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. The rooms on the 4th floor are newly opened, so we are offering them at a great introductory price. A 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station, within walking distance of the Tenjin area, and a 10-minute walk from Ohori Park. It is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Fukuoka. The room is a spacious studio apartment of about 71 m². It is an open space where you can relax with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with an IH hob (1 burner), a small sink, and a dishwasher-dryer. There is also a washer-dryer, which is convenient for long-term stays. There is a café on the first floor of the building, where you can easily enjoy a morning coffee or a light meal. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity, and access to Tenjin, Ohori Park and the Nakasu area is good. ※ The space is located on the building's fourth floor, and there is no lift.
