House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

In a quiet location, 1 km from the village, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, a comfortable 80 m2 terraced house surrounded by oak trees, with private access in summer from 10 am to 6 pm to a large 12/5 swimming pool on the estate (not accessible outside these hours due to maintenance of the premises) Perfect for a family with 2 children, or two couples!
