The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Located in the middle of the medieval city of Saint Gengoux le National (southern Burgundy). All shops on site, markets, tourist office, cooperative cellar... Direct access to the Greenway ( Mâcon/Chalon), the Mobigo line ( Mâcon/Chalon), and close to Taizé, Cluny, Chapaize,Tournus...located on the wine route.

Relax in this tranquil and unique home in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities because of the stairs. St Gengoux is in a great location, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bike path.

In the heart of Maconnais, in a charming little wine village, between Cormatin and Saint Gengoux le National, close to Cluny and Tournus is this 65 m2 accommodation You will find a private space to relax with Jacuzzi/SPA. In a private courtyard, apartment with an equipped kitchen, a living room, a master suite with a double bed and a single bed open to the bathroom. Charming house typical of Burgundy with its Maconnaise gallery and wood burning stove in a quiet village in front of the 12th century Romanesque church and its recently renovated bell tower. The cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two single beds and a crib with bars. The gite is intended for tourist rental. On the other hand, rentals to several tenants for business travel are not accepted.
