The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Taverna

Comfortable apartment in the central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Garden lights are closed by 11pm, unscheduled parties are not allowed.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
