We're on the edge of a small historic town, with countryside views from the garden. Malmesbury's pubs, restaurants and famous abbey are a short walk, or you can head in the other direction for a country hike. Or just make yourself at home in front of the cosy log-burner, work remotely with our super-fast wifi, or relax in the pretty garden.

Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. "Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Country Coach-house

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.
