Maera’s place is well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including complimentary coffee and a variety of condiments for guests to use. She is very accomodating , responding quickly and efficiently to any questions and concerns. The place is very near SM Marilao (as in tatawid lang). If you’re watching concert in Philippine arena, it’s 30-40 mins drive. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely book again in the future!

we had a great stay for two weeks. the place was spacious and the staff were really nice too. I liked how it was walking distance to UP Town, so it was easy to get good options for restaurants. we enjoyed the pool too! i think it's one of the best pools in the city with 50m length. will definitely come back for a longer stay! :)

Von's place looks exactly in the photos as what's posted in the listing but way better..the view from the penthouse especially during sunrise and the night skyline is amazing..very peaceful place, spacious and accessible..my whole family loved the place and had a wonderful bonding time during the holyweek..plus Von personally assisted and met with us upon check in.. he was so friendly and accommodating.thank you Von til next time

She's a good landlord . Very nice I'm very responsible. If there was a problem there she took care of the problem without any hesitation..

My family and I arrived in Manila from Australia to spend Christmas there and we were in need of a place to stay . Everywhere was heavily booked and when we saw an apartment advertised we expected it to be already gone due to the demand for accomadation at this time of year . We noted this apartment was located in the perfect place , close to shopping malls and restaurants. So there we all were , the six of us with nowhere to stay . Then a little miracle happened . We contaced Gab who met us outside the unit and she showed us the interior. We fell in love with the place and immediately it became our home for a few weeks . We were comfortable there during our stay. The friendly security guards were attentive and alert . We had two bedrooms and a living area with a laundry attached. Gab is a great host and very responsive. She understands our needs and was very helpful during our stay there. We will definitely recommend her lovely place and hope to book it again when we return.

What stood out for me is the really fragrant smell of the place. Christian is easy to talk to and very responsive.

Jowell was an excellent host from the very beginning. He was very helpful in every possible way. He never hesitated with helping. The flat was clean and had everything. Location was good, very close to malls etc. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend it.

Cute and minimalist unit located right in the heart of the metro—close to hospitals, malls, and essential spots. The community is peaceful and welcoming. The host was very kind and accommodating; she patiently waited for us to check in even though we arrived very late at 1 AM. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

We had a great 3-day stay at this unit in Avida Towers near SM San Lazaro. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the mall, restaurants, and UST, which made everything super accessible. The unit was clean, secure, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. Communication was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Big shout-out to Alysha and Bhea for being such accommodating and responsive hosts. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-located stay in the area.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!
