The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Makariospiti - Vera Villa

This traditional house from 1873 has always been family-owned and has been lovingly renovated, rebuilt and renovated as our 2nd project. It is a 1-room house with over 70 square meters, almost a loft, with 3 beds, living and dining area. The bathroom and kitchen were newly added, many old structures were preserved. Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Birdwatchers appreciate this place for its rare bird populations. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us.
